LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — A teenage girl is missing from Montgomery County and police are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Montgomery County Police say 14-year-old Nolvia Alejandra Cubas, of Rockville, was last seen April 5. She is described as a Hispanic female, standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with brown eyes and long black hair.

Police say Cubas likes to frequent the Silver Spring and Hyattsville areas and is very familiar with public transportation. Police and family are concerned for her welfare due to her age.
