WASHINGTON (CBS DC) – The conservative website belonging to Judicial Watch is reporting that the First Family’s 2013 trip to Ireland cost taxpayers $7,921,638.66.

Using a Freedom of Information lawsuit, Judicial Watch obtained documents from the Air Force showing flights to, from and around Ireland for the June 17-19th trip came to 33.6 hours at $228,288 an hour.

That was the bulk of the expense while a side trip by Mrs. Obama to Dublin totaled over $300,000 for security and other services.
