Skins Propose Moving Kickoffs, Expanding Replays to Competition Committee

WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – The NFL Competition Committee announced rule change proposals on Wednesday, which include a string of proposals made by the Washington Redskins which, if approved, would bring major change to the kickoff game.

The Redskins proposals ranged from expanding active game day and practice squad rosters, to moving kickoffs to the 40-yard line and expanding instant replays.
