WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – The Washington Redskins have agreed to terms  with veteran linebacker Darryl Sharpton, formerly of the Texans, Pro Football Talk is reporting.


He’ll sign a one-year deal worth up to $2 million, Pro Football Talk reports.

Sharpton, 26, a former 4th-round pick out of Miami, has 92 tackles and 1 sack over 4 seasons with Houston.

2013 was Sharpton’s most productive season, with 55 tackles (31 assisted) and 2 forced fumbles.
