TEMPLE HILLS, Md. — Police have identified a man they say killed his wife and then himself at their Temple Hills home.
Prince George’s County police identified the victims Thursday as Armando Velasco and Virginia Velasco. Both were 72 years old.
Police believe Armando Velasco fatally shot his wife before shooting himself. A gun was recovered on the scene.
Officers found the bodies inside the home on Wednesday afternoon. Detectives are working to establish a motive and determine exactly when the slaying occurred.
