WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – There is no truth to the rumor that Redskins safety Tanard Jackson will be reinstated, as reports have indicated, a source close to Jackson has informed 106.7 The Fan’s Grant Paulsen.
Jackson, 28, was suspended indefinitely in Aug. 2012, follow his third violation of the NFL’s substance-abuse policy, before every playing a regular-season down for the Redskins.
By all indications, he has not completed the league-issued mandates required to qualify for reinstatement.
Sorry, Skins fans.
I also asked if Tanard Jackson has received word that he will be reinstated some time soon, and the answer was no.—
