Police Officer Injured During Struggle in Anne Arundel County Home

GLEN BURNIE, Md. — Anne Arundel County Police say an officer was injured during a struggle with a man in Glen Burnie.
Police were called to the home early Thursday after a report of a domestic violence incident. Officers encountered a man allegedly involved in the incident.
Police say the man began punching one of the officers. Authorities say officers shocked the man with a stun gun and were able to handcuff him.
The officer and the man were taken to local hospitals for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.
Twenty-two-year-old Eliuth Delcid of Dundalk was arrested and charged with assault on law enforcement and other offenses.
