WASHINGTON — D.C. police have charged a man with first-degree murder in the 1999 shooting death of a teenager in southeast.
Thirty-five-year-old Anthony Gray of Washington was arrested Tuesday in the slaying of 18-year-old Kelvin Howard.
Police say Howard was found suffering from a gunshot wound on Feb. 25, 1999. He died at a hospital.
The Washington Post reports that prosecutors have filed documents alleging that Gray and another man shot Howard because of a feud.
