RIVERDALE, Md. (CBSDC) – Prince George’s County police are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for a bank robbery in Riverdale on Friday.
Police say the suspect — described as a black male in his 50s, approximately 5’10” and 180 pounds – walked into the Wells Fargo Bank in the 6200 block of Baltimore Ave. around 10 a.m., and demanded cash while implying he was armed with a weapon.
The teller complied and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. He was wearing a black hat, black jacket and dark jeans.
