ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The governors of Maryland and North Dakota have a friendly wager on the outcome of the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision title game.

North Dakota State meets Maryland’s Towson University on Saturday in Frisco, Texas.

If Maryland wins, North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple will send a case of North Dakota-made Dreamfields low-carb pasta to Maryland. If North Dakota wins, Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley will send Dalrymple a package of crab cakes. The crab cakes O’Malley is wagering come from Baltimore-based Faidley’s.
