Woman Sexually Assaulted, Robbed Near Gallaudet University

LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — A woman was forced into a Northeast D.C. alley where two suspects reportedly sexually assaulted and robbed her at knifepoint early Sunday morning.
Police say the woman was walking in the area of West Virginia Avenue and Mount Olivet Street — near the Gallaudet University campus — around 2 a.m. Saturday when two men approached her from behind.
The suspects threatened her with a knife, then sexually assaulted and robbed in a nearby alley her before fleeing.
Authorities described one of the suspects as a black man with a dark complexion, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a slim to medium build. They said he looked 27 to 28 years old, was clean-shaven and was wearing a black scarf, black hoodie and dark pants.
The second man is described as black with a light complexion, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and 19 to 25 years old. Police said he was wearing a long-sleeved blue or gray thermal shirt, light color pants, and silver and black athletic shoes.
