Driving Instructor Charged with Sexually Abusing Two Students
LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — A driving instructor in Ashburn has been charged with sexually abusing at least two students, police say.
Khawaja Vohra, 63, inappropriately touched an 18-year-old woman during two driving lessons, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The woman, who first spoke with police in September, also claims Vohra made inappropriate comments toward her.
While investigating the initial allegations, detectives say they also discovered Vohra had sexually abused an underage girl in October.
Authorities believe Vohra, who owns and operates AALI Fastrack Driving School, may have abused other girls who have not come forward.
Vohra was arrested Wednesday and charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship and three counts of sexual battery of an adult student.
As a condition of his release on a $25,000 secured bond, a judge forbid Vohra from having unsupervised contact with any women younger than 21.
