WASHINGTON — D.C. police say they’ve arrested a juvenile in a burglary earlier this month at the Salvation Army.
Police say a custody order was issued Friday charging a juvenile boy in the Dec. 1 break-in at a Salvation Army community center in southeast Washington.
Police have said two suspects broke into the building and stole at least $10,000 in donations collected through the charity’s Red Kettle Program.
Authorities say the investigation is continuing.
