WASHINGTON (CBC DC) – More retailers are jumping on the Bitcoin bandwagon, and users of the virtual currency can even score some deals on Black Friday.

A website called Bitcoin Friday is listing all the online retailers offering shopping bargains.

CNet.com reports the deals include discounts on Reddit Gold, discounted unlocked handsets from GSM Nation and even lower prices on flights by using Cheapair.

One item that won’t be on the list of sales is a flight on Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic, $250,000 will get you a seat into suborbital space.

American lawmakers are beginning to recognize Bitcoin as a legitimate medium of exchange, but warn it is not regulated by any government and is therefore unstable.

As of Wednesday, a single Bitcoin was worth over $1,000
