Pr. George’s Co. Police Investigate Fatal Hit-and-Run

LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — After a man was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Landover, Md., on Nov. 22, police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect or suspects.

Officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department were called to the intersection of Pinebrook Avenue and Landover Road around 8:40 p.m. They found an unresponsive man in the roadway. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Investigators believe the man was trying to cross Landover Road when he was struck by one or more cars.

A cash reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
