WASHINGTON — A D.C. man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for killing another man and stealing his car.
Thirty-four-year-old Marlon Williams was sentenced Thursday in D.C. Superior Court. He had been convicted in July of first-degree felony murder.
Thirty-seven-year-old Min Soo Kang’s body was found in southeast on Sept. 13, 2010. He had been shot multiple times and his car was stolen.
Prosecutors say they used the vehicle’s OnStar service to find the car. Detectives found a palm print and matched a fingerprint to Williams.
