LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — A Virginia estate formerly owned by President John F. Kennedy and first lady Jacqueline Kennedy is up for sale.

According to Long & Foster’s online listing, the home is in the Wexford subdivision in northern Fauquier County.

The listing says the home was built in 1963, the same year the President was shot and killed in Dallas.

The asking price is $10,995,000 for the 5,050 square-foot house and about 100 acres of land.

Among the extra features are an in-ground pool, tennis courts and landscaping that includes stone fencing and a pond.
