Jack Nicklaus to Move Into Same Loudoun County Community as RGIII
ALDIE, Va. (CBSDC) – RGIII is getting a new celebrity neighbor — legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus has a home being built in Creighton Farms; the same Loudoun County community Griffin purchased a home in back in May.
Construction has begun on a 5,500-square-foot home that’s been specially designed by the 73-year-old golfer and his wife, Barbara, according to Washington Business Journal, which will allow them to keep a watchful eye on Nicklaus’ signature golf course, also located in the community.
According to the report, the Nicklaus home will include four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, and will be positioned just off the ninth hole of his golf course.
RGIII laid down $2.5 million for his 9,000 square-foot, five-bedroom home for he and his then-wife-to-be, Rebecca Liddicoat.
