PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona Rep. Matt Salmon says he’s now against a resolution allowing the use of military force against Syria for using chemical weapons against its citizens.

Salmon is the fourth member of Arizona’s congressional delegation to either oppose the resolution requested by President Barack Obama or leaning toward opposing it.

The Republican said after hearing testimony at a House Foreign Affairs committee hearing Wednesday he’s not convinced Syria presents a clear threat to the U.S. or that other nations will join in any action.

He joins Democratic Rep. Raul Grijalva is opposing the resolution. GOP Reps. Paul Gosar and David Schweikert are leaning toward voting no.

The other five Arizona House members remain undecided.

Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake voted to advance the resolution to the full Senate on Wednesday.
