WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — District of Columbia police say a man found dead inside Rock Creek Park was stabbed.
The body was discovered Monday evening in the woods near Beach Drive and Joyce Road.
Police have yet to release the man’s name, and they say they and don’t have any motives or suspects.
The body, which was discovered by a passerby, was taken to the medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
Police said at a news conference Tuesday that the man may have been killed elsewhere, and that he didn’t appear to be a jogger.
