Ashland Roller Mills CEO Charged With Sex Crimes

RICHMOND, Va. — Ashland Roller Mills’ chief executive officer and president is facing felony charges of taking indecent liberties with a minor.

Media outlets report that 52-year-old Todd Randolph Attkisson remains free after posting $90,000 bond.

Henrico Circuit Judge Richard S. Wallerstein Jr. ordered Attkisson on Monday to not have contact with the alleged victim.

Attkisson was indicted earlier this month by the Richmond Metropolitan Multi-jurisdictional Grand Jury.

Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney Shannon Taylor said in court that the alleged incidents included sexual intercourse and other acts involving a female teenager between Nov. 2, 2008, and Jan. 31, 2011.

The teen is now 19.

Attkisson’s family has operated Ashland Roller Mills in Hanover County since the 1930s.
