FAIRFAX, Va. — Fairfax police say a man has died after crashing his car into a cellphone store.

Police say 29-year-old Vladislav Bochkov was stopped at a traffic light on U.S. Route 50. When the light turned green, police say Bochkov’s car sped across three lanes of traffic onto Fairfax Boulevard. It crossed the median before hitting a T-Mobile store.

Bochkov was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police say he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.

No one else was injured, and police say there was no structural damage to the building.
