BALTIMORE — Carnival Cruise Lines say it will not deploy the Carnival Pride from the Port of Baltimore for at least a year beginning in November 2014.
Carnival said in a statement Thursday that Carnival Pride will reposition from Baltimore to Tampa, Fla. and will start sailing from Tampa in December 2014.
There will be an 8-day, one-way cruise from Baltimore to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Nov. 30, 2014.
Carnival says it regularly evaluates its itineraries and makes adjustments based on guest preference and overall financial performance. The cruise line said it will evaluate returning to Baltimore in the future.
