Multi-Car Pileup Causes 13-Mile Backup on I-95 Northbound

WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – A five to seven car pileup snarled traffic along the northbound lanes of I-95 Saturday, blocking all lanes of traffic causing a thirteen-mile backup from Quantico.

Virginia State Police arrived on the scene shortly after the accident occurred around 10:52 a.m.

The accident has since been cleared, with all lanes re-opened, but delays still continue as far as 10 miles in both directions.
