Sixteen-year-old Juwan Keeshawn Smith, of the 400 block of Greer Avenue, was last seen on April 30.
He is described as a 5-foot-9, 180-pound African American boy with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red hat and a red, white and blue polo shirt. He was also wearing blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
