LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in searching for a critical missing person who disappeared from North Carolina more than two months ago but may now be in Prince George’s County.

Althea Hill, 53, hails from Winston-Salem but is known to frequent various establishments in the county, police say.

She is described as an African-American 5-foot-8 female who weighs about 250 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She suffers from a mental illness and may be in need of her medication. Hill has some distinctive characteristics including a twitch in her mouth and an unusual walk due to a medical condition.

Anyone who may know information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Prince George’s County Police Department at 301-868-8773.
