The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. As gluttons for punishment and perhaps attempting to prove they are “glass half empty” type of guys, Holden Kushner and Danny Rouhier spent a good portion of their show Monday talking about athletes who have broken their hearts.

But rather than wallow in misery themselves, the pair took endless calls from listeners who were all too eager to stir up bad memories and wrap themselves in dismay.

So, why not embrace it? It makes it a much less bitter pill to swallow.
