WASHINGTON — Police in Washington say six people were injured when a vehicle hit a Metrobus, causing the bus to veer off the road and strike a tree.
Authorities say the accident occurred about 6:35 a.m. Sunday at 34th Street and Woodley Road NW. The injuries were not considered life threatening.
Police say four passengers on the bus and the drivers of the bus and vehicle were injured.
