LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — Like most Americans, members of the Washington Redskins were shocked and saddened to learn of the bombings that tragically rocked the Boston Marathon, leaving three dead and more than 100 injured Monday afternoon.

The team was in the middle of its first day of offseason workouts when the blasts occurred.

Many players offered their thoughts and prayers to all involved. Others, including Robert Griffin III, were simply baffled by the ‘craziness’ of it all.
