FREDERICK, Md. — Frederick County authorities say two big, red dogs are suspected of killing nine goats, 12 rabbits and several chickens in a series of attacks on farms near Frederick.
Animal Control Director Harold Domer said Tuesday that officers are seeking information about the dogs and their owner.
He says four separate attacks have been reported near the intersection of Old Annapolis Road and Green Valley Road, about six miles east of Frederick.
Domer says the latest attack was on Monday.
He says the dogs are dark red with medium-length hair. The dogs are believed to weigh 55 to 75 pounds each.
