LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — The Washington Nationals have trimmed their roster to 33 players by making a bevy of moves Monday morning.

General Manager Mike Rizzo says right-handed pitchers Erik Davis, Yunesky Maya, and Ryan Perry have been optioned to Triple-A Syracuse. The trio will be joined in the International League by catcher Jhonatan Solano, infielder Chris Marrero, and outfielder Corey Brown.

Rizzo adds RHP Ross Ohlendorf and infielder Zach Walters have been re-assigned to minor league camp.

In addition, catcher Chris Snyder has been granted an unconditional release.
