LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — There’s no denying Robert Griffin III likes to have a good time.

After all, in his rookie season the Washington Redskins quarterback graciously accepted a WWE title belt in the locker room, joked with the media, pulled a prank on Mike Shanahan during a press conference, played tour guide in D.C. and wore some funky socks.

So, it should come as no surprise Griffin is making a splash for recently photobombing Baylor president Ken Starr.

The photo was first published by Deadspin.com. FOX Sports Southwest reports it was snapped Tuesday at the Texas Capitol.

Starr is best known in Washington circles for leading investigations into the alleged improprieties of former president Bill Clinton during his time in the White House.

Oh, Griffin’s rehab is going well, too.
