LEESBURG, Va. (CBSDC/AP) — Police have charged a Leesburg woman with murder in the death of her husband.

Investigators said 63-year-old Kyung Hwang was found dead in an upstairs bedroom in his home on Chickasaw Place early Saturday morning. Police said he suffered from multiple stab wounds.

The man’s 57-year-old wife, Dae Hwang, has been taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder.

The cause of death is under investigation.

Dae Hwang is being held in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center without bond pending arraignment.
