WASHINGTON — A man has been convicted of killing two brothers in Washington in 2003.
A jury on Friday convicted 38-year-old Floyd Brooks of Washington on two counts of first-degree premeditated murder.
Brooks was convicted of shooting 29-year-old Robert Williams and his brother, 22-year-old Raymond Williams on Dec. 9, 2003 after an argument in northeast. Brooks was arrested in 2009.
Brooks faces a mandatory minimum of 30 years in prison at sentencing May 10.
