LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — Delays persist along Metro’s Orange Line as crews make unscheduled track repairs outside the West Falls Church station.
Riders are experiencing delays of roughly 15 minutes while trains single track between the East Falls Church and West Falls Church stations.
The delays are a result of damaged to signal equipment on the outbound track of the station. Metro believes the damage occurred during Silver Line testing overnight.
Repairs are expected to be completed by midday, Metro says.
