(LANHAM, Md.) – The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the metropolitan area starting Tuesday.
Meteorologists are tracking a storm that is expected to dump as much as half an inch of rain in the D.C. area.
Experts are saying this rain will effect your evening commute.
The Flood watch will go into effect Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night.
