LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — If you live in D.C. and you’re looking to cheat, you’re in the right place.

The nation’s capital is the least faithful city in America, according to AshleyMadison.com. It’s the second year in a row D.C. has topped the extra-marital dating website’s list.

The District had 34,157 people sign up for the site in 2012, which was more sign-ups per capita than any other U.S. city, according to the site’s data.

D.C. also had the highest percentage of married men older than 50 sign up for the site seeking affairs.

The affair-encouraging website’s founder and CEO, Noel Biderman, wasn’t surprised to see D.C. atop the list.

“With enormous public attention paid to political cheating scandals this year, including the Gen. Petraeus affair, there was no doubt that Washington residents would be influenced,” Biderman said in a blog post on the website.
