WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Washington officials are looking to hire people to play DC Water’s mascot, a water drop.
DC Water is holding auditions Friday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Bryant Street Pumping Station in northwest Washington. The agency says potential mascots should be outgoing and energetic. They’ll be asked to try on the water drop costume and do some acting in it.
Another audition will be held Tuesday.
The Washington Nationals are also holding audition for mascots. The team is looking for people to play the role of president during the famed races at Nationals Park.
