WASHINGTON (CBSDC/AP) — Police are looking for an armed man they say sexually assaulted a woman in northeast Washington.
Police say the man was riding a bicycle when he approached the woman around 6:40 a.m. Tuesday in the area of the 4400 block of Gault Place NE. Police say the suspect showed the woman a handgun and forced her to the rear of a house where he sexually assaulted her. The woman then fled and called police.
Police say the suspect is in his early 20s and has a cut under his left eye. They say he was wearing a black coat with a red symbol on front and dirty light blue jeans.
