ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Firefighters in Alexandria are paying tribute to a paramedic who died on the job a year ago.
A ceremony Friday morning at the Alexandria Fire Department Professional Development Center will honor Joshua Weissman.
The 33-year-old Weissman, from Bristow, died Feb. 9, 2012 after he fell from a highway overpass while responding to a car fire.
