LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC)- The Dean & DeLuca cafe and retail store in Georgetown has been ordered closed by the District’s Department of Health because of food code violations, according to a sign on the shop’s door.
Violations present imminent health hazards to the public, the bright orange posting states.
Rats, roaches and mice were among the violations found during an inspection, WUSA-9 reports.
Another sign on the door, not posted by the city, reads that the store is closed for cleaning.
