WASHINGTON (CBS/AP) – Federal agencies in the D.C. area will be opened Monday morning under a delayed arrival as more winter weather is expected during rush hour.

Employees should remain off the roads until 10 a.m., and have the option for unscheduled leave or telework. Offices will be open at noon.

A winter weather advisory will be in effect for much of the D.C. area between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. Monday.
