LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC)– Shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday night, Prince William County police responded to the 15000 block of Cardin Place in Woodbridge to find a unresponsive adult male suffering from trauma. He was soon pronounced dead at the scene by rescue personnel.

Witnesses reported that two unknown men pulled up to the location in a van and left the victim before fleeing the area. Detectives are investigating the death as a homicide.

The identity of the victim is currently unknown, and a report from the Medical Examiner’s Office is pending.

Police advise that one of the suspects is Hispanic, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-7, with a thin build and curly black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect was described as being either Hispanic or Caucasian, also between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-7 with a thin build, and was last seen in a black t-shirt with a red and white geometric design and a black stocking cap. Their vehicle was a white, older model minivan.
