65-year-old Silver Spring Man Traded Drugs for Sex Acts

LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC)– The Federal Bureau of Investigation says a 65-year-old Silver Spring man pleaded guilty last week to conspiring to distribute drugs to young women, and at least one minor, in return for sexual favors.

Documents filed with Robert Chin’s plea agreement said he dealt heroin and oxycodone in the D.C. area. He pleaded guilty to enticement of a minor and conspiracy to distribute heroin, which both carry a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison, according to the FBI.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 5. Chin will also be required to register as a sex offender.
