Police say on ten separate occasions since Dec. 4, the suspect either struck the front door of a home with an object or rang the doorbell several times, then left a hand-written note and fled the area.
All the incidents occurred between the hours of 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. in the Sumner Lake community and in a neighborhood near Byrd Park.
The notes were all similar and contained the name and address of the same man and threatened violence.
