ASHBURN, VA (CBSDC)–The Washington Redskins held their second day of practices in the bubble as they continue preparation for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Kory Lichtensteiger (ankle) & DJ Johnson (knee) didn’t practice today.

“There were some things that I did,”  Lichtensteiger said today.  “I did what I was able to do and I was pretty happy with the way it progressed today from yesterday. It certainly feels a lot better.”

Lichtensteiger went into further detail saying, “The improvement from yesterday to today was big. If I can keep doing that, who knows by Sunday.”

DJ Gomes (knee), who didn’t play last Sunday, was limited in practice today.

London Fletcher (ankle) and Kirk Cousins (flu) fully practiced today.

“On Thursday everything hurts,”  Fletcher said.  “I feel good three hours a week. I feel great on game day.”

Redskins Defensive Coordinator Jim Haslett spoke to the media today and besides saying DeAngelo Hall had his best game of the season last Sunday, he said he only has one thing on his mind.

“I came here to win a Super Bowl,”  Haslett said. “I didn’t come here for any other reason.”

Redskins Offensive Coordinator Kyle Shanahan was asked if he would be interested in interviewing for any head coaching jobs.

“Definitely,”  Shanahan said.  “I’m looking forward to having that opportunity after the season.”

Shanahan added, “Anything that detours your mind from [game-planning] is going to be a detriment to the team.”

Haslett was also asked if he is interested in interviewing for any head coaching jobs.

“I don’t worry about those things. That’s something you worry about when the season is over.”

Listen here to what Mike Shanahan, Kyle Shanahan, Jim Haslett, London Fletcher, DeAngelo Hall, Kory Lichtensteiger, Darrel Young, Josh Wilson & Jarvis Jenkins had to say following practice today.
