WASHINGTON (CBSDC) - One woman was stabbed and another woman was injured on a Metrobus Tuesday morning.
Police say one woman was stabbed and another woman was beaten following an altercation with a man on a bus at Martin Luther King Avenue and Talbert Street in southeast around 2:15 a.m.
The male suspect was arguing with one of the women and stabbed her in the chest, shoulder and leg, according to police. The other woman received minor bruising.
The bus driver stopped the bus and the man fled the scene.
The women were taken to a local hospital where they are suffering non-life threatening injuries.
