GREENBELT, Md. (CBS/AP) — A woman is dead and two other people injured after a fire at a home in Greenbelt, Prince George’s County fire officials say.

Authorities responded to the fire at a row house on Friday around 9 p.m. Two people escaped the fire, while firefighters say it took about 15 minutes to get control of the flames. Firefighters searched the home and found an older woman dead.

Her name and age were not released.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire and working to estimate the damage it caused. The two people who escaped had serious but not life threatening injuries.

Fire officials said the relationship between the three occupants of the home was not immediately available.
