ASPEN HILL, Md. (CBSDC) - A man was taken to a hospital after being shot in the eye in a Montgomery County park Tuesday evening.

Police responded to a shooting at North Gate Park in Aspen Hill around 4:25 p.m., where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the eye.

He was taken to a local hospital where he is said to be in “grave” condition.

Police are still searching for a suspect.
