Video: Thieves Smash Display Case to Steal Rolexes in Alexandria

Alexandria, Va. (CBSDC) – Police are looking for teenagers for the theft of Rolex watches from a jewelry store in Alexandria in September.
Alexandria police say two males in their late teens came into King’s Jewelry located at 609 King St. in Alexandria on Sept. 6 around 10 a.m., pulled out hammers from underneath their jackets and smashed two display cases.
An employee heard the noise and chased the suspects out of the store. No one was injured.
Police say the suspects got away with three Rolex watches valued at more than $37,000.
Police released surveillance video of the suspects on Tuesday.
They describe the first suspects as a black male in his late teens, between 5’8” and 6’0” tall with a medium build. He was wearing jeans and a blue hooded jacket made by Helly Hansen with the logo HH on the left front chest.
Police describe the second suspect as a black male in his late teens, about the same height and build. He was wearing jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head. The sweatshirt had an astronaut on the front, possibly made by Billionaire Boys Club.
